I have been immensely lucky to have had a fascinating and fulfilling career in a field that I love. It is this experience that guides me in shaping and advising companies as they grow or change direction.
Before moving into Recruitment and Consultancy I worked in Sales and Marketing for many years. This enables me to be far more than "just a Recruiter". I am a Business Partner, a skilled and knowledgeable pair of hands who has seen how to do things, and perhaps more crucially, how not to do things! For example, after a few years with a very established company, Bentley Motors, I started at Tesla in 2009 and built up a Sales and Aftersales team, at a time when Tesla was not the household name it is today. We grew from a tiny office in Berkshire to a European powerhouse in a few short years. This experience then led to me being headhunted to work in other EV projects: Lilium, Volta and Fisker.
I can help you grow teams as swiftly as you need, and know that these needs can and will change very quickly. Coming from a background of fast-scaling start-ups, I know ALL the pitfalls.
